Partially replacing kichen units

I've had some water damage from kitchen plumbing and it's damaged several under-counter units. They definitely need replacing, but they are under a granite worktop that I definitely don't want to have to disturb. Anyone know how likely it is that I can get units replaced without moving the worktop? Also what are the chances of replacing carcasses but keeping doors, handles etc. which are fine. They are about ten years old and were originally from Cash and Carry Kitchens. (Plan to talk to them of course, but haven't gotten round to it yet).

Carcasses are generally standard sizes, so should be no problem. If not, any decent carpenter should be able to make carcasses to suit your old kitchen.

What type of carcass are they? Do they have adjustable legs underneath? If so it should be possible to replace one by one (note there will liekely be interconnectors or screws joining adjacent cabinets together.

Again, keeping doors and hardware should be no problem.

I'd imagine some of the big kitchen companies won't want the messing and potential risk of damaging the granite, but an independent kitchen fitter should take it on. A good DIYer should be able to manage.

Thanks for replies. Yes, they have adjustable legs, and adjacent cabinets are screwed together. Cash and Carry use independent fitters which, as far as I remember, you pay for separately.
