ticket problems

So you're talking about GAA season tickets?

You are only entitled to a single opt-out per season, this is clearly stated in the rules you must agree to in order to sign-up. There is only a limited window in which to opt out for any particular game, the fixture needs to be listed on the site in order to do so. So you need to do it after the fixture gets listed, and before that ticket it generated (up to a week or so in advance of the fixture). I've only ever used the opt-out once and it worked perfectly, I'm aware of many others who have had no issue with it.

If you could not print the ticket from the site, then the issue was at your side, likely pop-up blockers or Adobe issues.

When you say you've been charged three times, is that for a single fixture. You mention that you bought tickets, did you go in to your account and look for your ticket via the 'My Tickets' tab, or did you select the option to buy tickets?

It's clearly stated on the site, and in the email you receive in advance of the game whether you need to print a ticker or present your season ticket card. Generally, all the league games are present the card, championship are print at home tickets. If it's a card game, you can't print a ticket for that game.

As stated, you can only opt out of one single game per season, the agreement you signed up to was that you would be charged for all subsequent games regardless of whether you go or not.

Based on everything you're saying, everything above is covered by the terms of the agreement you would have signed up to on purchasing the ticket, so I see no grounds for legal action.
