An app to help when dealing with all service providers, banks etc.

Over the last few months, ive been reading a lot of threads were there's been apparent contracts agreed to with service providers, and also disagreements as to what has and hasn't been said in conversations with banks and the likes.

There's then the usual replies in the threads telling the poster to get a copy of the call from the company/bank which might have to be got by requesting it under FOI, which can cost money.

With pretty much everyone having a smartphone/iphone these days, there are loads of apps out there that will record and store every call you make. They take up very little storage on your phone, and each call can be deleted quite easily if not needed.

I've no tie to the app in any way, but here's the one i use.

Very handy for a lot of other things too, especially if you have an ex who says she told you something about the kids last week, and that you must've forgot!

Just a clarification, requests like that come under the Data Protection Act, and don't incur a charge.
