pre paid euro currency card for young person

Dear all, I am hoping someone can advise.
My mid teens daughter is shortly going abroad to a Eurozone country for a few months. I am looking for a currency card that she can use in the local ATMs to take out money. It need only be in Euros.
My bank said that they can't add her to my account to get a debit card and has suggested that she open a new account in the bank in her name and receive her own Debit card. I dont want that just yet though.
So does anyone know of a Euro Debit-type card that you can get in Ireland where I can pre-pay into it easily and load it up as needed, and she can withdraw on her side. Ideally one with low transaction costs.

I used this when I was travelling in Thailand about 2 years ago. I could load up the card using my visa debit online. You are charged 2:49% commission.

You could give the Skrill card to your daughter and load it up when necessary.

I can also recommend the above - have used for many GBP and USD online purchases and believe they also offer a physical card. Great service, wish they had this when I was travelling last!
