My Lender is offering me a new Mortgage Agreement and I would like a Third Party opinion, which they will pay for. The list of Accountants is on keepingyourhome.ie. Does anyone have any recommendations from this list of someone who would be a specialist in this area? I am based in Dublin 3, but am happy to travel throughout Dublin to see an Accountant who has a good track record in this area. Many thanks in advance.

Accountants have no specialised skill in this area. There has been very little take up of this scheme.
