Health Insurance Insurance for 32 year old daughter

Hello,

My daughter is changing job and her new company only offers a group 10% discount on VHI ONLY.

She is 32, single, and in excellent health Thank God.

I am wondering what is the best VHI policy for her for cover and cost as her income is modest.
Alternatively would she get better cover else where paying the full amount herself as this might be less than the 90% premium she would have to pay for VHI.

I hope this makes sense.

VHI Options
1. Plan PMI 37 13; full price 1011pa; good hospital cover, 3 levels, 100 private hospital inpatient excess, no day to day cover.
2. One Plan 250; full price 797pa; public and private hospital cover, 250 private hospital inpatient excess, no day to day cover.
3. Starter Plan 250; full price 699pa; specified list of public and private hospitals covered, 250 private hospital excess, no day to day cover.

Laya Options - price in brackets include a 3% charge if you pay monthly or by installments.
1. Simply Connect; price 999(1026), good hospital cover,3 levels, 150 hospital excess, good day to day cover.
2. Flex 250 Explore; price 804(828), good hospital cover, 3 levels, 250 hospital excess, no day to day cover.
3. Advantage 250 Explore; price 677(695), full public hospital cover, specified list of private hospital cover, some hi-tech cover, no day to day cover
