House Sale Contract - what to look out for?

Hi all,

About to sign contracts for purchase of a house (I am the buyer) - any advice on what to look out for in contracts? anything that we should make sure is included or anything we should be wary of if included by the vendor?

Obviously my solicitor will be advising me when I see him next week but any further advice appreciated.

I think contracts are pretty standard and anything unusual will be noted by your solicitor and then you can decide on what to do. Take your solicitor's advice.
