Hi, new here, I currently have a property which is classed as uninhabitable for local property tax. Photos submitted to revenue along with engineers report too, no issue there, however I am about to renovate the house and spend a bit of money on it. In order to claim the home improvement grant from revenue, the house must be considered habitable and be paying local property tax, has anyone done this? I.e., re categorise a house from uninhabitable to habitable? Is it a big job or a lengthy process? Thank you for all help, great forum by the way.
