Form 11S 2014 for self-employed

Does anyone know if Revenue is due to issue Form 11S for 2014? It is not on their website. Form 11 is available but it appears to be a much more complex version of 11S. This time last year 11S was posted out to me but no sign of it yet.

I understand there is no form 11s and it self assessment through ROS online. your return for 2011 should have been filed by Oct 2014. There is a form 12s but not for self employed, all self assessed is through ROS online
