hi all,
For those who seperated - what was the deals that you did with your ex to settle. Looking for ideas.

This is what www.citizensinformation.ie says should be covered in a separation agreement:

Deed of Separation
The actual document drawn up and signed by both parties, when they reach agreement, is often called a Deed of Separation and is a legally binding written contract. The main issues dealt with in a separation agreement are as follows:

I knew about the deed of separation but it looks like a full blown custody case with judicial separation in the circuit court. It's complicated and as a result am not posting here.

My question is what sort of deals did others do with their ex s to achieve an amicable solution.

I put forward some solutions but it would appear they ain't interested in a deal.
