I live in a small cluster development of individual houses where the common areas (road, footpaths, lighting etc) were under the Management Company (set up in 2006, limited by guarantee). The County Council has recently completed the 'taking in charge' process for all the common areas of the estate and the Management Company is now to be dissolved. However, the Management Company is mentioned in the deeds of my house and I was wondering what are the implications of this?

Id agree. Seek legal advice if the company is struck off it could cause a problem when you go to sell the property.
