I have an investment property that I am looking to sell before the year end. The property was built circa 99/00. The current tenant called in a state of panic as they had noticed the frame of the staircase pulling away from the wall. On further inspection I noticed there was significant cracking throughout the house; though most of the cracking is high up rather than skirting level. I am rather concerned but do not want to cause panic by mentioning the estate encase this is a false alarm. I am having the property inspected this week so I will know more then. I am not an expert on pyrites but this does not look good.
