Capital Allowances on Form 12 question

Hi everyone, I'd be so grateful if someone could please help me out. I phoned Revenue and asked for assistance but they weren't able to help me.
Basically, I am filling out my Form 12 for a rental property I own. I have it all filled in apart from this line "Capital Balances brought forward from a prior year".
So, 2013's form, "the capital allowances available for carry forward or offset" figure was €1,308. Is this the figure that I put into the 2014 form for "capital balances brought forward from a prior year"? So, in the form I am now filling out (for 2014) I put the figure of €1,308 into the box beside "Capital balances brought forward from a prior year"?

What you are saying appears to be correct. In the 2014 Tax Return the unused Capital Allowances for 2013 would be included in the "Capital Allowances brought forward from a prior year"
