Rental Accomodation Standards - Freezer

Hi,

Reading the minimum rental requirements:

It states "Fridge and Freezer". Is my understanding correct that an icebox does not cover the freezer part and a proper freezer is required to be provided by the landlord?
 
That is my understanding also. However, if the fridge's documentation states that the "ice box" is a freezer then it may conform to the regulations.

In the interests of creating and maintaining good relationship with tenants, I would provide a fridge/freezer, which after all is the norm.
