From Illness Benefit to Community Employment scheme- very confused

I am on Illness Benefit since October 2014( 7 months now), before that I was work 35 hours. I get 162 euro Illness Benefit and 43 euro SWA, and 8 euro maintenance p/w. this is all my incomes. I have son(14),I am single mother,I don't have no partner, also I get rent allowance. Soon I will be on Community Employment Scheme ( 19,5 hours). I think I will get 208 euro. What benefit I can have. I can't live with 208 euro. Probably the rent allowance will reduce( I don't know how much, the full rent is 500 euro). Can I apply for medical card(will expire in a few moths) or fuel allowance this year. I never been in this situation. Can I get child dependent? I am really worry, and the work will be far from my town. :( Please I need advise.

Do you have a Citizens Information office anywhere near you?, they would be able to help you with your queries regarding entitlements and income.

I was. I will get probably 208 euro. But rent allowance will be reduce. I don't know how I can afford everything. :( Now on Illness Benefit I get 205 euro+ rent allowance. From this money the food maybe 50+ euro(because my son too), electricity the winter was over 200 euro.Was very cold, only evening was warm for 2 or 3 hours, when my son is at home. I was in bed few months. I lost my baby. :( Last month and this month I paid over 300 for dentist, tv licens 160, nct, re test(83), mechanic (170), the tax for the car 108 euro today. I need a car for the job when I start, also to give lift to school to my son(he has problem with the back). Rubish is 12 euro per month. Now he need glasses- how? 200 euro :(( Water charges soon. :( The insurance for the car next month:( I never go out,I never drink.I don't go to hair dresser, I can't put credit on my phone. I buy only really important things. And The petrol every week over 20 euro to work. I don't know when I will start job, I waiting for my Garda vetting. I hope all will be change. It is very hard. :(( How I can sleep:(
 
I cooking usually at night because is cheaper, also washing machine, boiler only night:(
