Hi,
I've been offered a job with a UK based company, if I accept, I'll be a direct employee working from home. I will be paid in €, are there any issues around tax/PRSI ect. that I need to address or discuss before accepting the offer.
Thanks

From your point of view it shouldn't be any different than being employed by anyone else here. They're obliged to register for and operate Irish PAYE.

You need to ensure your connection costs (broadband) etc are covered by your employer.

Also they should be asking you to ensure you have an ergonomically correct office space at home with suitable chair etc, just so you can't turn around in 2 years time and sue them for RSI or back damage.

Might be worth checking your house insurance as well to ensure there are no issues
