Will Mars Capital reduce the mortgage rates?

Hi there. I just saw the news about banks reducing variable morgages. My Morgage was originally with Irish nationwide and then moved to the IBRC and then sold to mars capital. Will my interest rate be adjusted because of these new announcements. Any advice? I am not in arrears and always make my payments each month

No lender has said anything publicly about cutting rates. Mars Capital was not called in to meet the minister.
