I am looking for good Solicitor in Property Law to look over my Mortgage papers as I believe I have been overcharged and my requests for answers ignored due to subsequent sale of my mortgage to Venture Capitalists.
I am in minor arrears but back making full repayments (more than 3mths) on Sustainable and Affordable (just) mortgage. Unfortunately due to deep negative equity and ruined credit rating/no savings I will not be in position to switch my mortgage for years to come, I am stuck with VC's so I am looking to capitalise arrears, agree interest rate and terms and move on from IBRC debacle.
I've been looking at Anythony Joyce & Co, has anyone any experience with them?
