If I received a backpayment of gross pay for 2014 which was processed through payroll in 2015, and was then subsequently issued with a P45, how do I go about reclaiming the tax and USC deducted back? Is this done through my present employers payroll or do I have to engage directly with the tax office, and if so do I simply send them in my P45?
