UK Contract Agency will only accept UK company

Hi All,

Been offered a 6 month contract in the UK through a UK agency.
The agency will not deal with non UK companies.

I have an Irish limited company but was looking for advice on the best way to do this. Maybe set up a UK company to invoice the agency and then invoice that from my Irish company

There are some umbrella companies out there for IT outsourcing, maybe you can find one in the UK and their commission could be acceptable?

If you look into it in greater detail, there could be tax advantages to you operating via the UK company and not involving the Irish company at any stage. But will you be living/working in the UK?
