Hi can any give me some info..iv been living north of ireland for 6 years but im from the south of ireland..I owe the credit union down south almost 13000 euro..I havent been able to get a job since 2009 due mostly to health reasons..I used to give them around £20 a month but I stoped paying them about a year and a half ago and havent told them my new address..as im just avoiding them..will I get arrested if I go down south..is their any way I can get this debt wrote off..even if I was working id prob still never get it payed off..can any one give advise plz..cheers..tommy..
. This is merely a debt outstanding a not a felony. If you have moved up North and continue to ignore them the debt will be statute barred in 6 years. It is possible that they may trace you and commence some legal action but unlikely!
