Options for challenging the FSO rejection of my complaint?

I recently brought a complaint to the FSO against my mortgage provider. A finding was issued last week and to say the least I was dissapointed with it. Among other things it contained factual errors and incorrect assumptions and did not, I feel, consider all the evidence I submitted. I am also unhappy with the time taken to deal with the complaint and the proceedures followed, or not followed, in dealing with the complaint. Needless to say I too am not in a position to go to the High Court but I do want to let someone know how I feel. What options are open to me, if any?

Unfortunately the only mechanism that is available is within 21 days of the FSO to lodge an appeal to HC.

Whilst we wait (with gag) on the Millar result - it may change matters. Millars won the HC against the FSO. The HC judgment if upheld would be a huge triumph for the public and common sense.

Some of the current decisions of FSO betray a substantial lack of knowledge of bank processes or even banking knowledge - and guess what - the rulings go in favour of the bank.

Despite some feeling they have a good case, unfortunately the fear of losing the case kills off the appeal.

Some have said that costs might not be awarded in some of these appeals but I am not clear on that.
