Hi, does anyone have any views on Ballyogan Wood please? Pretty mixed reviews on Ballyogan in general so just wondering what's the consensus on this estate please.
Is that the small estate at the LUAS stop? I think it's a bit of a mixed bag. Ballyogan estate isn't great right beside it. The nicer parts of Ballyogan are further up the road, Leopardstown Valley onwards.
I live on glenamuck road not far from Ballyogan Wood and get the Luas from the stop beside the estate. It seems to a nice quite little estate - with only about a dozen or so houses. Great for those who get luas every day. It is also close to Dunnes Stores Leopardstown Shopping Centre and Woodies / Smyths etc in the park industrial estate.
A new swimming pool / gym and football astro turf pitches as well as new school are being built close to it so its a great spot to be in.
