Will an inheritance of land or money result in person losing disability allowance?

HI,
A close relative of mine receives a disability allowance every week and does not nor can't hold down a full time job. He will potentially inherit money or land from his parents, will this result in him losing his disability allowance?

Disability Allowance is a means tested payment so depending on the amount received he may lose the allowance. See more here

Thanks very much for that link. I read through the stuff on that website. It states a person on the disability allowance can sell a house up to the value of @192,000, would that work the other way around where they can inherit a house from a parent worth below or equals this value?
