Renovation of Old House - Grants Available?

We are in the process of starting a house renovation project and I want to find out what grants/tax incentives are available to us.

The ones I have found or am aware of so far are as follows:

SEI Better Energy Grants for roof / wall insulation / heating upgrades / solar panels
Home Renovation Incentive scheme for tax deduction of VAT

Are there any others?
